Scholarships

  • Merit Scholarships:
  • For Newly Inducted Students:
    • 50% Tuition fee Scholarships for BS(BA) and BBS Programs. 
    • 25% tuition fee scholarships for all the students in Non-Engineering programs.
    • 50% tuition fee scholarships for the students securing 60-64% marks in last examination in Non-Engineering programs and securing 75% marks in engineering programs.
    • 75% tuition fee scholarships for the students securing 65-74% marks in last examination in Non-Engineering programs and securing 80% marks in engineering programs.
    • 100% tuition fee scholarships for the students securing 75% in last examination in Non-Engineering programs and securing 90% marks in Engineering programs
  •  For Subsequent semesters and Scholarships for existing students:
    • 50% concession in tuition fee obtaining 3.50 to less than 3.75 CGPA
    • 75% concession in tuition fee obtaining 3.75 to less than 4.00 CGPA
    • 100% concession in tuition fee obtaining 4.00 CGPA 
  • Need Base Scholarship / Financial Assistance:

From 50% to 100% tuition fee scholarship is provided for needy and deserving students throughout program, subject to maintaining CGPA of 2.5

  • Kinship / Siblings Scholarships

In case of two or more siblings are concurrently students in CIIT, Attock, elder sibling would be awarded Kinship/sibling scholarships of Rs. 8000/- in tuition fee, remaining sibling would have to submit full fee.

  • Scholarships for MS(MS,CS, EE): 
    • 50% tuition fee scholarship wavier.
    • Student has to maintain a CGPA of 3.00 to avail the scholarship in the subsequent semesters. 
  • Scholarships for MS (Math):
    • 100% tuition fee Scholarship.
    • Student has to maintain a CGPA of 3.00 to avail the scholarship in the subsequent semesters. 
  • Scholarships for Students of M.Sc Mathematics and MPA Program 

100% tuition fee Scholarship with GPA of 2.00 for M.Sc Mathematics and CGPA of 2.3 for MPA is the requirement in subsequent semesters.

  • National ICT R& D Scholarships

Fully funded 4 year undergraduate scholarships in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) related disciplines for talented students from rural/non-metropolitan areas of Pakistan are available.

  • Endowment Fund Scholarships
    • At least 70% marks in Matriculation and Intermediate Examinations (Those awaiting results of intermediate Part-II may also apply)
    • Securing admission in any bachelor degree program at any CIIT campus, is mandatory for consideration of scholarship application
  • 100% Free Education for Children of Industrial Workers in Collaboration with Worker Welfare Fund
    • Worker must fulfill the definition of “Worker” and currently working as well.
    • Registration with EOBI or Employee Social Security Institutions.
    • Minimum 3 years service in any Industrial Unit registered with Directorate of Labor and Welfare.
  • 100% Free Education for students under HEC need based scholarships
    • To provide an opportunity for talented students who are financially disadvantaged and are incapable of meeting higher education costs at 11 partner institutions /universities in the fields of business and agriculture.
    • To provide opportunities for academically qualified, yet financially needy, Pakistani students to continue university studies in selected partner universities of Pakistan in the fields of agriculture and business administration, especially from remote and rural areas of Pakistan (FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Southern Punjab, Baluchistan, and Northern Sind). The availability of the scholarship is subjected to the announcement or advertisement by the donor agency (HEC) – currently unavailable. 
  • Gilgit – Bultistan CIIT Scholarships
    • It is a tuition fee scholarship offered to students of BS Computer Science who hold the domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan region.
    • Every year, 5 Students are offered this scholarship
  • PAC Kamra
    • 25% concession in tuition fee is offered to students from PAC Kamra.
  • Qarz-e-Hasna Scheme
    • It is a loan facility, granted to the students after 2nd semester and onwards.
