Submitting Application

Acquire Admission form from Admission Office CIIT Attock Campus during office hours or from Campus OR Download the Admission Form, available from CIIT ATTOCK Website; however the original admission form is to submit afterwards

Documents to Attach:

Along with the duly filled form (Original or download copy) attach following documents for submission at Admission off CIIT Attock (by post or visit):

• 3 P/P Pictures; 1 attested from front and 2 from reverse side. Paste/Staple one picture (attested from front) at the appropriate place available on the admission form and other two (reverse side attested) to submit along with Admission Form.
• NADRA NIC / Form-B Photocopy (Attested)
• SSC (Certificate and Marks Sheet) Photocopy (Attested)
• HSSC/Equivalence (Certificate and Marks Sheet) Photocopy (Attested)
• Paid original copy of NTS Challan Form, [if NTS test not given].
• Intermediate/equivalent exam result awaiting applicants (for any BS Program) need to submit a “Hope Certificate” as mentioned in the admission form.
